see what's in my hand nothing I have talked to multiple people at your company to try to resolve this issue. I've received several items from you guys, and the fact that you think that I'm going to lie about not receiving an item that literally cost under $9 is mind blowing. now that I see how you do business I'm afraid to order anything from here because if it doesn't show I'm screwed out of whatever I paid for it. I only cleaning business and you guys are worried up my alley. but the fact that I can't get something that I paid for because you guys think I'm trying to get over for a lousy $8 and change it makes me scratching my head it shows how you do business and it shows that I'm not guaranteed to get what I paid for. not only will I not be doing business with you until this issue is resolved everybody I talk to where this business comes up I will be letting them know if they don't get something oh well consider that money gone. BETTER LUCK NEXT ORDER.
Works great, the only concern I have is that in order to use the mop well it had these little pockets you have to stick the microfiber cloths, it’s not easy. Would recommend this to people that have patients it takes time. The mop stick very flimsy but for the price no complaints.
